i just jerked off so its time for me to sleep, night people

in the bigger picture Funimation does a better job, but there are a few moments (for example this one and of course the over 9000) where Ocean did it best.
-
ocean of course comes out on top but i have to say the remastered was good as well kai sorry to anyone who like the kai but it's meh i just can't even watch the kai version kai
-
Ocean clearly wins. It's obvious!

Both the Ocean and Funimation Dubs have their problems. But to me Ocean had the Best Vegeta (Brian Drummond) through the Frieza Saga. When The Android/Cell Saga came I think Chris Sabat did a Fantastic Job with Vegeta from then on. To me Vegeta has always been a hot-head, Brian Drummond's Vegeta gives the young, bullheaded and inexperienced Vegeta, While Chris Sabat's Vegeta is more of a Battle Savy Veteran, but still has that hot-headed edge to him. Just my opinion.

Ocean is best!!

One of the few times I'd choose Ocean Dub

@pimpedpope Yeah, that's what I meant.

@Hydroxoid ya they were why would he repeat the same thing several times in just different carations. Brian Drummond was the first one Christopher Sabat Milton James. was another
I know there voices you don't. Also, I want to note that maybe i misinterpreted what you where saying. I thought you meant that the vegeta who was speaking in the ocean was the best one when there were several actors playing vegeta. I guess you were saying that Ocean (Brian) was the best.
