  • This is what rock radio sounded like back in 1982, miss those days!

  • This was one of my favorite songs back in the day (way Back!) Driving around in my Camaro. Wow i still have that car, maybe it's time to fire it up go for a drive and start living again. Thanks much for putting this on. Great memories!

  • @Man18Colts Check out Record Research's website. I have 11 of their books, 6 DVD-roms & 1 CD-rom. Their Adult Contemporary chart book covers both the Adult Contemporary chart & the relatively newer Adult Top 40 chart as well. Their Rock Tracks book covers the Mainstream Rock chart & the Modern Rock chart. Music stats isn't a cheap hobby lol

  • @theonlymoo5e-I have the Hot 100 weekly charts book of the 80's,which I later found an online version which goes from 55 to the current, but don't have any books with the mainstream rock charts of the 80's. Do you have a book on this or is it online somewhere?

  • I had the album (cover is Norman Rockwell painting "The Girl In The Mirror"). It *is* titled "Small Change".

  • Actually, the name of that 'album' was "SMALL CHANGES"----plural, not "change".

    Love the sound, great vocals.

  • Hit #1 on the Billboard mainstream rock chart for 1 week on March 27, 1982

  • @j1albertftwayne I was there! Great show.

  • Saw them open for Loverboy, I think '81 or 82 at Miami U (Oxford, Ohio). This is real music!

  • @wrabit79 < No true imagination or creation.

  • Think i mighta stayed a little too long? story of my life! Great song tho. Thanks guys!

  • Some info for fans of this song but not all that familiar with the band. Although this song is cowritten by Bryan Adams, it's more notable for his songwriting partner Jim Vallance. That's because Jim was an original member of Prism under the pseudonym Rodney Higgs. As Rodney, Jim wrote most of the debut album for Prism but quit the band after that first album. He returned later with his new songwriting partner Bryan Adams to help the band with new material.
