Yep. It is the Hoover Dam Bypass connecting Arizona and Nevada. Google it to read about it. It is an amazing project.

That's how loud the wind sounds against the flight deck windows. It's a lot of white noise.

I just listened to this again. YouTube encoded the white noise of the wind as that horrible sound. I'm working on fixing it.
