  • @jerelcoles123 ive not only training myself for past 6-7 years but ive been a fitness trainer for 3-4 yrs as well, there is no one-word answer to increasing one's vert and explosive energy output- for real results you must incorporate every aspect of elite, athletic training; jumping technique and coordination, resistance and CNS training, balance and flexibility, proper nutrition and supplements can even help.. couple other things like dedication, will power and patience may be most important!

  • @jerelcoles123 lifting can but its not really needed, u can just do plyos and just jump alot and it will help ur vert alot

  • does lifting legs really improve ur vertical i can dunk at 5ft 8 and i never lift my legs so if i lift will it help me
