This is the "World" Ending for Ogre Battle: March of the Black Queen. This is what is often considered the best ending of this game. It's a shame the text moves so slowly, though...

One time I conquered a country, left the speed button on all night (zsnes emulator) and used the 99 million to buy a billion stat boosters, and used them all on my lord, and continued to be the entire game single handedly. It was a terrible way to win, but it's great to say you're an army of one :D

It seems so unnecessary to say Lans was killed. They should have just left that sentence out. Its a buzzkill.

@IsilionNELE It does, since Tactics Ogre is presumably between the time of the epilogue and the text put on screen. I haven't finished Tactics Ogre yet, though, so if there's a discrepancy in TO.

I think this is the intended ending. I'm told it's in line with the plot of Tactics Ogre.
