I feel only two people knew what the Doctor was going through before his regeneration, The Master and Wilf.
He was wonderful, beautiful and I loved him just as he was.

*cry* thank you! David Tennant was a fabulous Doctor... I haven't seen most of those episodes, but when I imagine how hard and sad it must be, him leaving all those people and his life behind so he can regenerate i actually start crying
