This is a chess tournament (ChessCube Meltdown) I competed in on chesscube.com while livestreaming on http://twitch.tv/ChessNetwork .Time controls are 2 minutes per player, however with a time handicap they are adjusted according to both players' ratings.

  • I had never laughed so much watching chesshands. You make them funny!

  • @sonnycrafty Great! :)

  • For those of you screaming for more of this, there are hundreds of hours of Jerry streaming recorded at the twitch site.

  • @42tehfloor Very true!

  • I think it's a good idea to put a 'sticker' on the chat-box, but it's about seven pixels too wide and it intersects with the squares on the board.

Sorry, I can be a bit ocd about these things. :)

  • @noxure Good eye. The whole stream (several hours) was sadly recorded like that.

  • hehehe - someone commented in public chat "chess network what a boss you are. you are the boss and i am the employee :)"

  • @UGB6WX ok

  • you missed mate on f2 when white had 30 seconds and u had 33 :(

  • @tehjoch that forkerewsky leads to loss of pawns. If Jeremiah made the Ng2, then I imagine, it would lead to Rg1 which is a self-inflicted pin (unless I'm totally missing something). then Jerry (who doesn't want to be pinned, takes NxRh4, whitey takes RxRg7 and has 2 more targets (f2 and h2)

  • @159yankees I know. White thought Black was gonna keep checking him. But Black instead went to Rh1. Which would've allowed Ra8#. But White instead did Ke6. He missed the mate.

  • Forkerewsky comin' up on F3!

  • @UGB6WX Rf1 and Rf2 by black were checks

  • Great games! When the white king moves to b2 at 3:25 knight to d3 wins a bit faster it seems.
