This is the flex / warm up routine that I use with all most of my athletes and fitness clients. Great for increased mobility, flexibility and speed prep. http://www.StrengthCamp.com

  • were you ever in the military or anything?? I am marine and you have the same build as guys that were in my platoon. Like i usually can spot just someone who works out and fellow servicemen and you have the build of a marine.....

  • never a marine, but i applied for OCS after college. I think i may have been a marine in my past life.... i have always admired and wanted to be a marine as a youth. just didn't happen -- in this life ;)

  • Hi Elliott, would you recommand this routine to be approx. 10 mns?

    Thank you

Btw, Elliott's "reloaded" program is pretty wicked, i just got it and seems great so far

  • Elliot, How long should uou spend on each exercise?

  • what the first song called that plays in the vid ???

  • @strengthcamp Hey Elliott, how much time should be spent on each part of the warm-up?

  • @AbsoluteMonarchist, true most are agile but i have a buddy who had to get his vest and uniform spcial order. He lifted so much weights that he couldnt put his arms to his side

  • dude...i don't know what you did there, but you made my warm-ups so much easier...you know how much time i needed to get this right and that's because i never knew what was the right way until i've seen this video...

thank you man, gotta thumb you up !!! :))

  • @BabiBoiJ21 - The build of a marine? Elite soldiers don't have much muscle because they are not trained for strength. Marine Corps training is based around endurance because elite soldiers have to march for days on end and live in conditions where their muscle mass just melts away. i.e. Living in the jungle on K-rations with malaria. What was your MOS? Which unit did you serve in?

  • Nice dynamic warm up, a couple of new ones for me too. Cheers!

  • elliot, this is all great information. keep this stuff coming. i can tell you would of made a great marine! coming from an ex-marine.

  • do i have to do all the exercises as a warmup for hybrid muscle plan?
