Cheney admits no Iraq/9-11 Connection

As seen at http://www.the-united-nations.com, VP Cheney finally admits on Meet the Press to Tim Russert that there was no connection between 9-11 and Saddam Hussein, which at the time was used by the administration to help justify the lead up to the war. Frightening stuff.

In court case, Smith v. Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.,a federal case heard by U.S. District Judge Harold Baer, Jr.. On May 7, 2003, Judge Baer ruled Hussein & his Baathist government, as well as al-Qaeda & the Taliban, provided "material support" to the September 11 conspirators. Also former detainee, an Iraqi named Jawad Jabber Sadkhan, “admittedly forged official documents and reportedly provided liaison between the governments of Afghanistan & Iraq.”9/11 & Iraq connections have been proven.

Dick Cheney was nothing more than a liar. He lied about the death of Capt. Michael Scott Speicher when he pronounced that he was dead the first day of Gulf War 1, and then had no proof, and then lies about 9/11 and Iraq. He and Bush should have been impeached a long time ago. I think we should subject all politicians to a lie detector test before they run for political office.
