KUB-LI is a full length (107 mins) Indie Film project presented by the community based theater arts group talents of Albay, Philippines.

Filmed in single low end HD video camera. First time an indie film using WITHOUT lighting effects, boom mike/lapel, tripod, professional crew and other gadgets used for film and also 80% dubbed without using TV monitor.
