Fred was a tiny and wonderful three year old tricolor male teacup Chihuahua who was found in West Covina on July 31st and brought to the Baldwin Park shelter. Weighing four pounds at most this sweet boy loved to sit in your lap and give kisses. Good with other dogs, Fred was probably housebroken and walked reasonably well on leash. Fred would have made a fantastic purse dog as well as a perfect pet for an individual in an apartment, condo or private home, but instead when no one came, he was taken to the back of the shelter and euthanized.
