After I cooked up a large batch of lamb stew, so I could freeze a few meals, I decided to turn some of my stew into a lamb curry. It was full of vegetables and spices and tasty lamb. I was amazed by the taste. Using all the spices and following some simple ideas it turned out amazing. It was as good as you could get from a restaurant. Thanks for the inspiration. Curries can be mind blowing. BAMM
