Strobe lights are good and bad you can create a problem by having them on. Skywarn spotters are there to provide realtime weather info and are not emergency personnel to have strobes on while spotting your making yourself a hazard to others. I would only run strobes if there is an immediate threat of I.e road flooded and your blocking it off until law enforcement arrives. Otherwise a simple emergency flashers are the perfect lighting.

I seemingly ramble with confusing diction, but it was actually part of an on-going net that I had already been reporting to regarding the hail. I was making a correction as to the size--someone else misinterpreted one of my reports to say "golf ball" sized hail. In the video, I say "less than golf ball," to tie it back to my earlier report. Yes, I could have been more clear, and it was a learning experience!
