When You Look Me In The Eyes Chapter 74 (Part 2)

"She's leaving...
In two days, and when she comes back she's shooting a movie..." She looked confused. "Isn't
that a great thing? And oh my gosh she hadn't told me! Oooh, I see, you're going to miss her aren't you?" She said. It was part of the reason I was like this, but not all of it. "She waited until the last minute to tell me though. We could have spent more time together and now I won't see her in God knows how long."
She got closer to me and hugged me. "Don't worry, and I know she should have told you sooner, but don't be mad. You want this to be the last memory of you guys from when she leaves?" She continued. "And you can visit her in some of her shows and during filming in her movie." I thought about
it and she was right. Wow, for someone who's always fighting with her boyfriend, she knows a lot.
Then again, she's only fifteen, and Joe's an idiot. "Propose to her before she leaves." She said with a smile.
I smiled and said, "Thanks." She left and I stared looking at the box for a while. I grabed my phone and It started to ring.

Britney's POV
When I stopped crying, I decided to call him. I wasn't mad at him. And I couldn't blame him for being mad at me. He answered and said "Meet me at Pinkberry." Then he hung up. I was a little confused, but I did as he said. I entered Pinkberry, and there he was. With two frozen yogurts. He came up to me and I followed him to his car. We both sat in his backseat, eating. "Brit, I'm not mad at you, I was just disappointed." I looked down and said. "
I understand." He lifted my head up from my chin and made me face him. "You know you can tell me anything, I would never hate you. I'll miss you, but that's ok, because people know that you're taken." I was sort of confused. "Why? Are you going to publisize our love?" I said laughing a little. "No," He said, then he took out the box out of his pocket.
"Britney, will you marry me?" He said, and tears were forming again. Of course I wanted to say yes! But
the excitment disallowed me to talk. I put my hand over my mouth, crying and nodded yes. He grabbed my hand and put the engagement ring on my left hand in my ring finger. We kissed passionately for a few minutes, but every second felt like forever and I felt butterflies in my stomach and this tingly feeling running all over me.
When we finally stopped he put his hand on my cheek and just looked into my eyes. I wanted this moment to last forever and then I remembered I was leaving so I fell into his arms and cried for a little while. "It's ok." He said. "I'll visit you as much as possible. And as soon as you wrap up in Europe, we'll get married." He said holding me tight.
"We'll talk on the phone everyday, and we'll talk about the wedding, location, honeymoon, what to buy. Anything you want." His words were so full of compassion, I just couldn't leave from his embrace. "Can there be two MOH's?" I said jokingly,
trying to cheer myself up. I sat up and looked at him. "Omg I think we have a problem there, and Best Man. We can have two right?" "It's our wedding, I think we can make that exception." I answered him back.We then took the driver and passenger seat and drove off hand in hand. We spent the next two days together and the gang attended my concert in LA.
My second concert was in New York so I now had to part from them for some time. Everyone was sad, especially Kevin and Karen. We said our goodbyes. And I left.
