Did you used this same workout for every 8 weeks?
I was doing the intermediate calendar but i had a hand injury and had to stop it. I will repeat it more closer to the summer.
I'm asking this because in the calendar there is a lot of fight conditioning and i'm not interested in it

@myauramusic Thnx bro! i love rope climb, be good if i can make it there ,i work 6 days & my only day off i spend with family, that's why i do all my workouts at home, i'd love to be out there with people to train, just dont have the time.

Rope climbs are the best. U should get down to Bondi on a Saturday and do some rope climbs with Marcus and his crew.

@MrZenzubel The strength comes from how hard i push myself when training.Since doing Rushfit i have became even stronger, but i did have my own strength to start with, Rushfit has helped my endurance & core strength dramatically.

@KidsOnOverload45 Bro that's a hard and interesting question,iv'e been asking alot of my work mates about it,i think i lost alot of body fat & gained some lean muscle, iv'e lost 16 lbs,but i'm bigger than before,i never measure myself ,but i can tell by my clothes and pictures.
