@undermyradar never claimed you need to be a top athlete, you just need to be explosive, like you said you were.. and even then you have to be very explosive. i have yet to try it. im 225 so i doubt itll go over well

@madchild0709 not really, im 16 and did this in 3 feet of water today. so did my friend, who is 17. were both strong and explosive but u dont need to be a top of the line athlete to do this
