Okay so this is about Amber and Jack who have been dating for a while. Amber finds out she's pregnant and decides to instead of telling Jack, she breaks up with him. Three years later, Jack is working at a children's store and Amber walks in with their daughter Lily. Jack suddenly puts everything together. He wants to be their for both of them so they buy a house and live together. The ending is basically that after a while, he proposes to Amber.
