@adryroseinbloom Hey, I am a fellow CBTL employee and I want to help start a unionization campaign. Let's get in contact if you're serious about this. Solidarity!

Starbucks is an evil corporation. all this is true, they promote an ethical image as a corporation that is completely false. They treat employees terrible, no consideration to their SURVIVAL. insane scheduling and minimum hours. Customers encouraged to complete online "reviews" in lieu of free beverages so corporate can take the complaints out on employees, making them feel they are not living up to expectations. Baristas can't afford healthcare. I got 8 hours this week, maximum availability!

Keep up the fight comrades!

long live workers of the world....
Starbucks is a zionist run corp. that supports israhell and its occupation of palestine and the palestinian people by donating large sums of money to the israhelli government which is of course skimmed off of its workers' wages and benefits....Down with zionist warmongers!!
Great job!

A pound of coffee a week? Sure, it's nice, I am able to give friends/family coffee all the time, but that doesn't pay the bills. I can't go to the technical school because I can't afford it (so no reimbursement if I can't afford it), stock/401k, can't afford it w/ my pay. And I'm a barista, and you've listed all the benefits we get. There aren't any "secret" benefits no one knows about, other than the things you listed.
