Episode 2 - Reduce. Reuse. Recycle.

Reducing, reusing and recycling can have a big impact on our environment. In this episode, Holly from Help Our World ( HOW ) talks about the importance of keeping "stuff" out of our landfills.

Reducing the amount of items you "need" reduces the amount of items you will eventually have to discard. How many pairs of shoes do you need anyway? Recycling takes old items and returns them to new items or resources. It's a great way to keep things out of landfills. But reusing is the best. You can always donate an item to charity when you are finished using it. And, you can get some great stuff at great prices at resale stores. Any way you slice it, it's better for the environment if you reduce, reuse and recycle.
