actually i watched many songs of ravindra jain(you could too) and found voice really same to say least. May be Jaspal Singh have same(similar) voice as Ravindra jain but you could check any other song of him, i think you will find the similarity. Due to this similarity i thought it is him, but i don't have any official fact.For jaspal's real voice search for"Shyam Teri Bansi Pukare jaspal singh geeta"and you will get first link.You will know what i mean by voice difference.

Not jaspal , its Ravindra jain! please correct it. He sing(nearly all) songs of ramayan.

@varunvyas89 I've checked several sources and they all list Jaspal Singh as the singer... Ravindra Jain was the music director and lyricist for the songs in this movie, including this one.
