Artist Timothy Barr Rowland at the Kansas City Chalk and Walk 2009 event performing live art at CROWN CENTER. This is Tim's second live art show for the Kansas City Chalk and Walk festival. Tim is using chalk pastel on bricks at CROWN CENTER. It rained off and on for the full two days of the festival. At one point on the second day of the event his work was destroyed by the rain and he had to start over from scratch. This is both a live video and photographed documentation of this event.
