You Be The Judge - There was some controversy regarding who caused this incident during a restart of the USRA Modified Main Event at Southern New Mexico Speedway on June 18, 2011. Some say the #07 spun by himself and others say the #44 was involved. Please leave your comment regarding who was at fault. 44 did rub on the left front of the 7 but i dont think he caused it.

Hard to tell....The 9 stepped on it then 07 wasnt up to speed then got turned around

That is exactly what happened.

The 07 was already starting to go around when he made contact with the 44. if you watch, 07started it then came down and then hit the 44 and then finished spinning.

looked to me like the 07 started to get loose and the 44 moved up the track. both are responsible. IMO.

its hard to say but the #44 was not giving the #07 any room on the start but with further review the 44's rear quarter panel touched the 07's front wheel right as the 07 was getting on the throttle locking up the front tire an spinning him at least that's what it looks like to me
