  • @cssaddict17 Where would I find "human grade protein"? I already did a quick google search and nothing comes up except cat food hahahaha

    I started with meat, it worked fine. Then moved to whey, it was horrible. Now I'm eating human grade protein capsules and I'm getting extraordinarily massive.

    The Amino Acids that are broken down from Whey are out of your system in 45 minutes. Unless you're eating whey shakes every 30-45 minutes you are starving your muscles.

    As I said before only 16% of whey is utilized, you are doing unnecessary harm to your organs as well.

    Whatever you do I wish you luck and joy.

  • @cssaddict17 Of course I've tried every other protein source and I got some of the best results with cheese & whey. I've studied nutrition for years and I feel each person has to see what works for their unique physiology. Meat works well for me too but I don't like to eat lots of meat(all flesh) for other reasons. I appreciate the suggestions. On a personal-results level what have you done with your physique with the protein sources You favor, where did You start off?

    btw whey sucks ass, it's a marketing scheme. Get some protein that is better utilized, either eat meat 32% utilization or get some human grade protein tablets 99% utilization.

    whey is 16%, and it digests to fast. It's fucking garbage, believe me and help yourself.

  • Good job Robert, I appreciate Your compassion and what you've done with Your physique. I went from 170-220 eating whey protein & eating 3000-4000 calories a day in 4 months and could have gotten bigger & bigger but I got tired of eating so much, I'm sure it would have been much more challenging eating Vegan, so I really appreciate what your doing with no animal protein. Thanks for the great Vids!!! Peace & Light
