I have hormonal acne and went on accutane. 4hours after taking the first pill i started feeling headaches, which lasted all day long. 3 days after startung treatment i've had pain behind my right eye. I gave up the treatment.
This medication definetly doesn't work on everyone.
Unfortunately it didn't work for me.

@sdkid90 I used 'your' correctly all 3 times, because I actually understand when to use them. Bring the comment to 'your' English teacher (because 'you're' obviously still in highschool), I dare you, and he will point out to you, that my grammar was flawless. You do look a little silly now, don't you?
-
@flagermusen i'm sorry, i didn't pay attention to anything you said because your grammar was distracting me. your and you're. learn them.
-
@sdkid90 so I'm the cunt? You are the one completely disrespecting other people, as if your experience is somehow more valid than theirs. The world doesn't revolve around you, basically telling people they are mentally ill if they get side effects from the drugs. Your understanding of how the endocrine system works is obviously nonexistant, so maybe you should learn YOUR "shit" before speaking.
-
@flagermusen thank you for the caps lock. YOU......are a cunt. :)

@sdkid90 Just because YOU didn't experience the side effects doesn't mean it's the same for everyone. Everyone is different genetically, and thus react differently to drugs. Your experience was good, others may have had a worse experience. Both can still be equally true. Try not to generalize when talking about things that YOU don't know anything about.
-
@jrob717 That is simply untrue. Just because YOU didn't experience horrendous side effects it doesn't give you the right to discount people who has had their lives ruined. Everyone's genetic makeup is different, and everyone reacts differently. You were one of the lucky ones who had great results, that's great, I'm happy for you. But it's extremely ignorant to generalize your experience and discount everyone elses as being nonsense. Not so mentally mature.

I took Accutane about 13 years ago. I have no regrets of taking it. It stopped the severe cystic acne. I can still break out once in a while, but it's nothing that is unmanageable. Accutane has made my life so much easier. The major side effects that I experienced was severe skin dryness and thirst, but I think the benefits completely outweighed the risks at that point in my life. I believe that having a frank and honest conversation with your doctor is key.

LOLOLOL! ive beeen on accutane for 4 months now & nothing has happened. none of those side effects! the most its done to my skin is make it really sensitive & irritated easily!
If you were a candidate, would you go on accutane?

Also, wouldn't trust the internet on everything about this. Talk to your dermatologist, guys!
