The comedy theme comes from how difficult it was to buy a a sample Aiptek GVS from here in far-way New Zealand.

See "Processed" version for most of the notes.
This alternative "raw" version comes without video editor processing except for the greenscreen scene. Posted here to give you an idea of what comes out of the camera in its "natural state" and what you can expect from simple video editor software.

Note that most of this was recorded with the "early model" original firmware version 2302. It was only the next weekend that I discovered the free diy upgrade to version 2901 - this seems to give better audio although I have not had time to run measurements from controlled trials.

You can hear 2901-upgrade in action with voiceover recordings for the lines: "we can go close-up with remote control", "but there's no supply to remote NZ / so it's secondhand off e-bay", "when they planned their sales and marketing"
You can see 2901-upgrade in action in the greenscreen Tyrannosaurus Rex chase scene.
