Again. A child in kindergarten might well argue that 2 plus 2 does not equal 4 , but rather that it equals 3.
Later, after recieving an education in mathematics, the child learns that indeed 2 plus 2 equals 4. You have no training in, or knowledge of . Constitutional Law. As the child learns his mathematics lesson , so too shall you learn.
Certainly you can try the "de-funding" approach.

@countryboy1949 You can always find a few people to populate even the most indefensible positions. There are a handful of fringer associated attorneys that think it is unconstitutional. The OVERWHELMING majority of attorneys and Constitonal law professors believe it is entirely and wholly Constitutional. You laymen are uneducated in the ways of Constitutional law and tend to view things very viscerally. From what you percieve as a "right" and "wrong" standpoint.

LOL. Go acquire a J.D. Then get back to me.

@SeymourTruthh 1:30 he explains why it is unconstitutional. Look at the 5th amendment and get back to me.

Ahhh but countryboy1949, prisoners get free healthcare. Now do you think that is fair?
But don't worry because if you do not participate in Obamacare, you'll go to jail. LOL
I love it! Republicans in jail!

Hey my REpublican friend. Don't worry. The worst that could happen to you is that you'll end up wearing an orange outfit, get 15 minutes of basketball outside in the yard per day, and enough time for you to think long and hard about your conservative decisions--if you don't pay for Obamacare provision, you will go to JAIL! Hahaha
But its no different than littering. If you drop a gum wrapper on the sidewalk, that's a crime too. Its ok, you'll mostly get fine--Republican Loser

@nomeatsteak Car insurance is a State mandate not a federal one. And, not all State's mandate car insurance. Find a better argument.

All of you that claim that Obama's health care "reform" law is constitutional. Why can non of you explain were in the US Constitution it is authorized and how?
Seems to me that non of you know what you are talking about. That or you all just blindly follow the will of your "leader".

Good point; I don't believe or use doctors I LET MY GOD JESUS CHRIST HEAL ME. This is against my GOD KING GOD AND LORD JESUS CHRIST. By HIS stripes I AM HEALD! Not Obama care!

@Oceanno69 No, but a descent health care bill wouldn't be bad for the country.
As I stated, it is your right as an American to try and change this Legislation if you do not like it. However, I am simply offering some free advice that will save you hundreds of thousands in legal fees. Do not waste your time contesting the Constitutionality of this Bill. You will lose. Even with this heavily conservative S.C.
Put your efforts into other ways modifying or eradicating it.

@SeymourTruthh Thanks for the advice....but I can read what the founding fathers said and this is not Constitutional, period. I also believe while this is going thru the courts that if the Republicans get the majority in the House they should defund this bill.

You can say that you don't like it. You can urge, push and prod your represntaive and Senators to change it. And that is fine. That is your right. But clearly, VERY clearly, there is NOTHING unconstitutional about this bill. To propose otherwise is only to display a total and complete lack understanding, even for laypersons.

@SeymourTruthh Nothing unconstitutional...are you kidding....are you reading the same Constitution I am? There are several portions that are Unconstitutional! Where in the Constitution does the government get the right to demand I buy a product?

Actually, there is nothing unconstitutional about the health care bill. Those of you uneducated in Constitutional Law shall soon find this out. The only people insistent that there is something inherently unconstitutional about this are the fringe elements. The number of attorneys and Constitutional scholars who deem this unconstitutional is miniscule, less than 1%, according to the latest polls.

@SeymourTruthh I know several Constitutional lawyers that say other wise. Especially if you look at the founding documents and writings of the founders, not modern day court precedents.
