Hurricane Gustav barreled into Haiti on Tuesday, toppling trees, dumping rain and sending global fuel prices soaring on fears the storm could become 'extremely dangerous' when it reaches the Gulf of Mexico. (Aug. 26)

  • A 4 year old sneezing within a mile radius of an oil rig can cause oil prices to increase 30 cents.

  • Ok. so this is what I'm getting from this video... Hurricane devastates Haiti. The people there suffer. As a species, what this means for us is "oh dang, we have to pay more for oil" so we can live more comfortably? Aw. o.o Wake up. The economy has not been right for a long time. If it takes oil prices which directly affect our pockets for people to notice, that's a shame. Look around. Realllly look around. Of course I could be misinterpreting this video, with my critical thinking and all. Hah.
