The seventh track from the superb 'Night Life' album. This is a pure instrumental and although it is short it shows the talent of all musicians perfectly. Very nice Irish ring to it too.

Lyrics:-
None its an Instrumental! :D

  • wouldn't it be great if Lizzy played this in concert now?

  • OH MY GAD!!!!!! IS THE FULL MUSIC AND BEST BEAUTIFULL.

  • There were actually lyrics written for this song I think. Phil wrote a poem called Banshee. There's a studio session of Banshee floating around somewhere. It may have the lyrics but I don't know I can't find it

  • i always liked this album as it was the 1st with Scot & Brian a change & new direction for the band which laid the foundations for grtr things to come... as all Lizzy albums there is not a bad track on it.. EXCELLENT!! Phil was grt writer & underestimated by a lot who never knew him or his music which will live forever GOD Blessed the Universe when he gave us Phil

  • @twobirdsatswim That's the greatest comment I've ever seen. Rory Gallagher is my all time favorite, along with Thin Lizzy haha

  • This is the music that plays when me and Phil and Rory Gallagher go out riding (mar dhea). Galloping across the prairie, out on the western plain. Or just lashing around Mountjoy Square in the buckboard.

  • celtic stoners

  • Brian Downey's drumming on Nightlife is quite amazing! Try playing along to this track! Listen to the change of feel at the end of Still in Love With You and his left hand on Showdown etc. The album grows on you. Love it!

  • aw dude. she knows hands down the best track on this album. im kindof partial to dear heart too, despite its corniness
