I was at this show in Seattle, to this day Wings Over America in 76 is McCartney's best tour!

Contrary to the media who depicted Wings as fluffy and lightweight, when they stepped on stage they put all that nonsense to rest with an absolutely hard rocking original setlist of their own music!

They didn't rely on the Beatles, they had their own #1 hits, they were a very good hard rocking band themselves!

Wings Over America, is one of the very best live rock albums of all times!

I was at this show as well, at the tender age of 18, I took the Amtrac up from Portland with a school friend. It was a great show, dispite my being so high (still not sure what the drug was that I took) I was pretty much out of my mind. Lucky to have made it home. Wish I had been clean for this show. Hope to see McCartney live somewhere this year!

gizziesgirl2 - here is part 1 - notice the raw sound, bad or non-existent backing vocals, paul's fat face, (videotape as opposed to film adds 10 pounds) and the earplug not visible in wings over america. you should be able to find the rest of the concert now, 'un-overdubbed.'
