Overseer - Cinematic Edition - Part 6

Here we learn the fate of Carl Linsky's co-worker Bosworth Clark, re-visit the lovely Wanda Peck, and irritate the dastardly Frank Schimming.

Unfortunately, there's no video transition from the Anasazi Ruins to Clark's Lab, so for those of you who haven't played the game, what the hell is wrong with you? It'll be available on GOG.com at some point in the near future, go buy it! The other, also excellent, Tex Murphy games are already available, buy those too!

Sorry, where was I?

Oh, yes, the transition from ruins to high-tech lab is somewhat jarring, but I couldn't find a way around that. Also, Wanda does 7 conversation topics in a row here, which is a lot to sit through, or it would be if Monique Lanier wasn't so easy on the eyes. I didn't really have any choice in that, though, since you literally learn the STG conversation topic from her, go to your office and look up STG to get the conversation topic Gideon Enterprises, which you take right back to Wanda anyway. So, I said, screw it, lump it all together.

Also, this is our introduction, and farewell, to Frank Schimming. The actor playing the part is superb, so I hope he takes it as a compliment when I say that Schimming is such a scumbag, I was honestly hoping he was the villain. Though the real villain did turn out to be a better choice.

I just realized Bosworth Clark and Rook Garner were one of the same - played by the same actor! No wonder the voice sounded so familiar.
