HE WAS A DEAR FRIEND TO ME . WE HAD SO MUCH FUN TOGETHER, WORKING IN THE STUDIO,PLAYING LIVE ,AND HANGING OUT AT EACH OTHERS HOUSES . I STILL MISS HIM TERRIBLY,WHEN HE WAS FUNNY HE WAS GREAT TO BE AROUND ... WHEN HE WAS ON IT , A GREAT TALENT .....WHAT A TERRIBLE WASTE .....LOVE YA MAN !!!!!

it was so sad when Thain OD'ed in 76...and then to lose Byron in 85 was the end of the HEEP.....

I know a man who has lots of Davids session work tapes from 68/69/70/ recorded at City of London and PYE studios these are the original stereo masters and he is wondering what to do with them
