http://www.socialtechzone.com - To say I'm disgusted with Papa Johns is an understatement. For a company to never deliver an order and never credit back my account is absurd. They demonstrate poor customer service and lack the ability to use social media to resolve customer complaints.

  • @bobakpa21 They had the right phone number. When we communicated by email is when they asked me if the current number they had was correct and it wasn't. It is my own fault for not calling the store myself which I should have done right away. They did leave me a voicemail and say my account would be credited and it never was. However, you were wrong about not giving the number. That I did do, but if I called myself I could have had the issue resolved quicker, which is a lesson learned.

  • if you mess up your own order and dont give a current phone number thats your own fault. remember you ordered online, therefore you input all the information. And if your going to complain why didnt you call ur local store the same night and take care of it or the next day when the manager was in. they will handle any problem you have. sounds like they are tired of playing games.
