Slash, 1997,Playing Led Zeppelin - Rare !! Excellent footage.

Long before Velvet Revolver or Slash's Snakepit there was...this: Slash's jam band playing cover songs. Here we see the band doing their cover ot Led Zeppelin's "Bring it on Home". An inebriated,shirtless,top-hatted, smoking, drinking,Slash dancing and jamming to Zeppelin. The epitome of rockstar cool? Oh,yeah!! This was a closed to the public event so your not going to see this anywhere else. At the time Slash was still technically in Guns and Roses. I asked him a day or two before this if there was any truth to the roomers that he was out of the band and Axl was working with Zakk Wylde. He vehemently denied it saying there was no basis in truth. Well... nearly fifteen years later he still has yet to get back togerther with Axl. I knew he was fibbin'!

This is NOT from 1997. This is Slash's Blues Ball at the Roxy, 1998, next to this song they played Neither Can I from Snakepit. I got this on DVD but at a lower quality and filmed from the left side. Awesome show tho ; )

@antpal15 He's referring to bootleg DVD's which are being sold on the internet of various Slash's Blues Ball show's between 1996 and 1998. The one in particular is Slash's Blues Ball live at The Roxy. Both that show (1998) and my footage (1997) were sponsored by the NAMM show. Pop2Lock didn't bother to look close enough to see this footage was from two different concerts. Just because you have ten bucks to spend on a bootleg doesn't make you an expert...AND MY FOOTAGE IS MUCH BETTER!!!
