Biden is an idiot. For underscoring the national security danger of a pres. obama, and for the flawed analogy.

Kennedy, far more experienced than Obama, with far better national security instincts than Obama, failed the test with Khrushchev utterly.

'Kennedy's meeting was an unmitigated disaster. Kennedy viewed it that way himself.
