in the video it says theres ment to be 6 sherman tanks burried up there well were i live in savernack forest not fare from my house theres ment to be a willys jeep burried in the big dumping pit but where the ammunition dumps were and my uncle has found a bulk head from a jeep there and he has took it home and put it on a hotckiss body :) also i dot know where but at the end of a airfield in my area theres ment to be a sherman buried a stuart tank and some jeeps :)

@ziggybome Yes it is a normal thing for the US it would seem thank for the info.
There is an old quarry in Germany full of tanks one on top of the other, they drove them in to get rid of them, may even be German tanks.

Very interesting video but that bloke made certain claims that aren't correct. The control tower was not built to withstand a nuclear blast. Also, not all aircraft came through Burtonwood... dependent on type, they also went through Langford lodge in Northern Ireland, Speke, Warton and what is now Stanstead Airport. Every B17 came through Burtonwood though..... Also, there is no evidence that there is an underground complex filled with tanks and jeeps e.t.c. at Burtonwood.

@lightning1975 I know people that have been in the lower levels of the base one of them back in the 80's and he told me what was on the surface was nothing compared to under the ground.
One of the guys that helps at the centre grew up on the base and says there were 4 lower levels and he has been in them.
As for the rest I cannot say.
