    The Constitution wasn't written to let us know what was legal, it was written to tell the federal government what they can and cannot do.

    There should be no prohibition of RC aircraft, but there can be no violation of another's privacy.

    Privacy is in the Bill of Rights, which doesn't give us Rights, but acknowledges that these Rights are unalienable.

    It's not about the vehicle, it's about what it is used for.
