Yeah, and Amtrak management shouldn't treat their call center agents worse than animals. 11 minutes per 8-1/2 hour shift is not enough time to use the toilet, while the supervisors take un-limited smoke & bathroom breaks. The call center agents are the employees that are bringing in most of the money so management can spend it on their high salaries, catered in food, and two hour lunches. And, let's not forget shopping and certain special people going out for donuts & coffee on company time!
Speaking of SAVING AMTRAK! Some of the Sleeper Cars on the Coast Starlight (Train #14) need drastic refurbishing... Money is always an issue, so why not move those cars down to the border of Mexico, and have the skilled Mexican upholsterers, refurbish the interiors..at a pittance of cost. Nothing like seeing the current ORANGE and GREEN combo in the FIRST CLASS? Deluxe Bedrooms!! YECCCK!

Yeah, I'm impressed with this guy, looks like Amtrak got a winner, now to just get busy on growin' the network, not corridors, but LDs as well!
