Mine always melts ... how do I get it to not melt? It looks like yours has no problem melting. Also, mine tastes like I'm eating a clump of butter, which is no good. Help! Thanks!

@andyv13 I m not sure why your SMBC taste like a clump of butter but I do know it suppose to taste more on the buttery side. Perhaps you are using to much butter. The recipe I like to refer others to is by dyannbakes on you tube. She has a video posted for a delicious SMBC recipe. I had the same problem with my SMBC looking like its a ll melted. To solve the problem I just kept "mixing" on high speed. Don't give up, be patient it will come together. Once it reached a nice consistency...

@mommyssweetlife .... then stop mixing, because if you over mix it will become like butter (ew). Hope this helps, good luck!
