@twj1963 im 14 & i started learning how to crochet from u & i was in walmart in pooler .ga the lady seen me get alot of yarn and said tht this is not usaual for a child ur age to crochet !

woo hoo OMG I finally got it! been trying to learn this granny square for months now, each time I did it it came out wrong so I got frustrated with it and put it down. NOw I finally got it. Thanx for going so slow

Teresa, you have no idea how excited I am, I have been trying unsuccessfully to do this for months by watching tutorials on youtube, and now that I found your video, I have my very first granny square sitting in front of me!!!! same here.. I see the square if i pull the edges but they are still round. Im using Red Heart super saver -4- Is this yarn not the best for it? Should i be putting more tension in the corners.. Im just so confused

@crock4596 It sounds like you are missing the corner increase stitches. That is where you work 3DC, CH2, 3 DC in the same space.

@lalaroxyou Try working the stitches looser and make sure you are getting the increase corners.
