The Happy Project were a group of kids from Waringstown Youth Club who identified issues of racism within their community and the larger Craigavon area and also, a lack of knowledge around the people that live throughout the borough.
The young people decided to explore these issues in a one-day event which would:
-tackle the topic of racism,
-increase awareness of different communities
-encourage greater acceptance and respect of these communities,
...and explore Craigavon's various cultures using photography, while documenting the whole process on film.
