I remember when this show would come on we were so excited. My mother would gives chips, pop and a chocolate bar - it was a big event for us. We would also watch Different Strokes and The Dukes of Hazard.

I'm trying to be sure which train it is. The D is currently east of the school.  The sun rises in the east, so my logical deduction from the shot that it could be the D. If it was the B back in the 70's, then its the B. I wasn't making a factual statement, I was asking to make sure, that's all.

Brooklyn from the 70s thru the 90s may have been the time when it had the most crime and dirty blocks, but it's still the better than what it is today, f*in! hipsters ruining the culture of the city. Rest in peace Williamsburg. Glad to have lived at least some of the 90s and early 2000s before the hipster's came.
