Yamaha R6 & R1 - Angeles Crest Highway Motorcycle Ride.avi

Really long video of us riding Angeles Crest Highway (Highway 2). Had a lot of fun running from Lady L. A few scary moments for both of us off vid.....so I won't waste time with details here. If it isn't on video, it may as well have never happened. Although I will be posting a vid soon of the minor damage to my bike after hitting a large rock while pushing her thru the twisties. Memory card full sucks when you where that close to an off. Damn her extended v-log footage! That footage to be posted soon. Main this is no crash today :)

Our bikes are both 2009 Yamaha's. Her's is a Sexy white/red R6. Mine is a Beastly Raven R1. Camera is a GoPro Hero HD. Numerous rocks on the road graciously provided by Mother Nature. Her way of saying.....take it to the track!!!

Did it twice:

First time in the beginning at the end of the tunnel. Done for a surreal feel.

Second time was near the end. The rider was tapping his helmet. Universal sign for....."Slow the eF down. LEO is ahead collecting autographs".

Good to have riders looking out for each other. Tickets are expensive :(

Great video, you guys left from the Victorville side? Many fond memories of da 2. Crashed once but, so, was right back up there the next weekend. Lived in Apple Valley used to run down to Pasedena just about every weekend and take the 10-15 back to the high desert. Was this during the week? Hardly any traffic. In Virginia now and it sucks. Oh yeah, thanks, no dumb ass music.
