It didnt tarnish his legacy. Oscar did lose but many fight experts know that this was not a complete Oscar De La Hoya. He was week old and slow. However, that happens to every fighter. He still accomplishe alot for the sport and was good for the port during his days at the top. However, many would agree that if it was a prime Oscar things may have been different but it doesnt work that way. And it does not tarnish his career and Oscar is not the only on to lose to a great Manny.

you ever notice smaller guys never get the credit when they beat a bigger opponent. just give him his credit manny is just a great fighter if he were big or small.

Hey Stephen dont be too harsh to ur partner, lol

He just made one stupid idea that, people won't remember oscar dela hoya was beaten by Manny Paquiao. It's a joke and moronic idea. People will remember that fight forever and it will be the highlights of the history of Oscar. A very good boxer beaten by an exceptional boxer! From 106 pounds to 147 lbs. That's a guiness world record in the making! I don't think anybody even the future could equal that stunning feat.! Dan Wake Up!
