  • Unfortunately the images lost alot of quality when converted to Youtube's FLV format, but you can see the photos of the planting plan plus some of the plants at doubleudoubleudoubleu.flickr.com/photos/naturewise/sets/72157626845933259/with/5836806467/

PS Yes its easy to take cuttings or divide up plants - all of these plants were obtained from cuttings, divisions or grafts, no money was spent on this project at all I don't think!

  • @quercusrobur2002 Replace 'doubleu' with World Wide Web obviously - why won't youtube allow links in comments???

As for containers, have a look in your local skip, or just use whatever is lying about, from baths to old 12 litre paint tubs to old welly boots! Or try Freecycle?

    Good luck!

  • way to go , well done !

  • really cheered me up seeing this. If I could be cheeky though, i wonder if it would be possible to do another video where the viewer can see more clearly the designs on paper? AND also ---as you know plants can be very expensive from garden centres--so what is the best means to get plants. Ie., if there is a way to take cuttings from existing plants that surely is far cheaper. AND final question --if your speace is small and you need containers, where's best place to get cheaper containers?
