Why dont people try herbal injection? I had something called dang gui injection from a chinese medicine doctor and it fixed my shoulder. You do know that steroids and anaesthesia dont fix the problem but just covering the pain.. well my case it didnt even mask the pain..

Most likely either steroids (cortisone) or local anesthetic to help reduce inflammation or to reduce pain.

@CindyWas that's not a scar. it's a line he made with his nail (by pressing the nail to the skin), to make sure he injected in a right place.
