They ARE Taroboy Cosplay, but in this performance, there were a couple of friends from outside of the group, so it was changed to Tarobuds. ^_^
So it's really Taroboys + friends = Tarobuds

I was wondering why they would be called boys since...there are girls too and I actually was thinking of buds as in buddies :P Thanks for the info.
