Idaho Bear Hunt With Predator Call

My 2010 spring bear hunt on a controlled hunt tag. This unit doesn't allow dogs or bait, so I called this bear in using a predator call and shot him at 120 yards. A beautiful blond colored 6' black bear, and a memory to share with my wife!

getting damned tired of this whole " boning " out game. i have seen two elk and two deer this year " boned " a hell of a lot of berger was wasted. i am 75 pounds overwieght and bring it all out. last i checked evidence of sex is required to be left on the game. the bear i don't care about it is legal to leave the whole thing

@bovis14 I agree. I would never bone one out on the hill - impossible to keep the meat clean. Evidence of sex is attached - I leave it attached to the hind quarter. I reckon we all have our pet peeves - some are tired of people leaving scrap meat, I'm tired of ATV hunters and people that won't use their legs for what God made them for. It's pointless to argue - I'm sure if we met on the trail somewhere we would share a common cammaraderie.

do you watch your video? if you watch yourself walking away from the carcas and making no mention of the meat being taken people will think it went to waste. i am an idaho outdoorsman as well. don't care if you left it or not but it makes us all look bad. sorry if you thought my comments were insulting. it wasn't ment that way. good hunting
