please help me! while i was in desktop it stucked. help me

most likley you downloaded or installed the wrong version that being 32bit or 64bit hope this helps?

look if you bought it it should work normally but if you downloaded it you may downloaded a crashed version or something so try to download it again and i hope it works =)

Well if you're unable to activate it properly then you won't be able to install windows updates. These updates are important for your protection.

PC's just don't crash by themselves, I believe you got a trojan virus. If you know the brand of your computer, locate their website. Locate the Windows 7 drivers for your model. Store them on a flash drive (audio, video, network etc). Format your hard drive and clean install Windows 7 (I hope it's genuine). Install drivers then the Windows updates. Then get a proper anti-virus before you start downloading programs etc. You don't even seem to have an anti-virus on that XP (red icon on taskbar).
