According to Dambisa Moyo, large foreign aid flows to Africa disenfranchise Africans and prop up corrupt African leaders. If we follow Moyo's advice and cut off aid, what happens to the millions whose survival depends on it?

Barring vaccines 80% to 100% of aid is stolen. Africa has got poorer as more aid goes to Africa.

I agree with you, with large amount of money comes power, with power comes absolute power which becomes dictatorship and corruption. There are different UN millennium development goals governments should focus on rather than sending in large amounts of cash. Money should be invested directly into education rather than passing it down, water pumps which will be exported there etc
