somehow someway i couldnt get any layers on the cube at all earlier today and now i can solve the whole thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

damn I'm still a bit lost... I think i sort of get the 1st part.. it my be my cube though, because it's an image cube, not just colors. So i dunno does that matter?

umm, on the 1st part what if one of the 4 middle edges is yellow if white is complete?
